I am so sorry for your families loss. Dr. Keith was one of the kindest, most giving persons I have ever met. He took care of me and made my last four years bearable by taking away what pain he could. Always had a smile and a kind word, and a poem for you if you asked, and sometimes even if you didn't. He will be greatly missed, I loved him dearly and will miss him always. Deborah Hall

I am so very sorry for the loss of Collin. I went to high school with him and counted him a dear friend. My Dad was a chiropractor and would have been very proud to have known Collin was the same profession. Prayers for his family.
