Truman Eagle Geralds, 91, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Thursday, August 1st, at Overton County Health & Rehab Center in Livingston, TN.
Truman was born in Tompkinsville, Ky on July 11, 1933, a son of the late Robbie Lee (Pitcock) and William Luther Geralds.
He married Cleva Nell (Emmert) Geralds on December 11, 1954 in Westmoreland, TN. Nell preceded him in death on April 1, 2013.
Truman is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Robert Louder, of Leesburg, FL; Joy and John Poteet, of Sparta, TN; and Trudy and Richard Hammer, of Glasgow, KY. Five grandchildren, James Holloway (Laura), Bo Burnett (Ayden), Jessica Mason (Max), David Burnett (Ariel) and Guy Burnett and five step grandchildren, Kellie Trent (Jason), Chris McCaleb (Melissa), Ashley Swann (Rob), Bill Burnett (Elaine) and Suzanne Fisher (Daniel), and 18 great grandchildren also survive.
Other this his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by a infant son, Truman Delbert Geralds and a sister, Nelda Earlene Gentry.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY with burial to follow at Mt. Poland Cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday, 4-8 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Truman's memory may be made to Mt. Poland Cemetery.
