Tommy Wayne McMillan, 74, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, August 24th, suddenly at his home.
Tommy was born in Barren County, KY on August 22, 1951, a son of the late Maxine (Coe) and Reed McMillan.
He married Judy Grinestaff Thompson on October 24,1985 in Tompkinsville, KY.
He worked as a Ferry Operator for the Kentucky Highway Department in Tompkinsville, KY.
Tommy is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Judy McMillan, of Tompkinsville, KY; by two daughters, Jeanne McMillan, of Tompkinsville, KY and Jaime McMillan, of Glasgow, KY; one son, Jarrod McMillan, of Gamaliel, KY; step-daughter, Tammy Baxter, of Tompkinsville, KY, and step-son, Christopher Thompson, of Shelbyville, KY.
He is also survived by one grandchild, Keely Poland, and three step grandchildren, Dalton Thompson, Berklie Thompson, and Blake Baxter, and one step great grandchild, Fallon Baxter.
Along with his parents, Tommy is preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Hansen.
Graveside Visitation will be held from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 27th at Harlan's Crossroads Cemetery with services to follow at 2:00 PM. Bro. Donald Taylor will be officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
