Teresa Gail (Sewell) Blythe, 51, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Wednesday, June 8th, at her home.
Teresa was born in Tompkinsville, KY on October 23, 1970, a daughter of Bonnie (Adams) and Jackie Sewell.
On May 10, 1986, she married Michael Blythe in Tompkinsville, KY.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Michael Blythe, of Tompkinsville, KY; parents, Jackie and Bonnie Sewell, of Tompkinsville, KY; two sons Michael Blythe, of Cave City, KY; Trevor Blythe, of Tompkinsville, KY; a daughter, Brooklyn Blythe, of Tompkinsville, KY; and one grandchild, Ashton Blythe.
Teresa is also survived by three sisters, Tina Sewell, Lori Sewell and Jackie Sewell, all of Tompkinsville, KY.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Swell.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 10th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.
Visitation is after 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
