Sandra "Sue" (Dubree) Wheat

Sandra "Sue" Dubree Wheat, 77, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, August 14th, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Sue was born in Metcalfe County, KY on July 11, 1946, a daughter of the late Ruby (Bartley)  and John Barlow Dubree.

On August 28, 1965, she married Bobby "Buck" Wheat in Gainsboro, TN. Buck preceded her in death on October 15, 2000. 

Sue is survived by two daughters, Tina Botts, and husband, Kenny, of Alvaton, KY and
Teresa Smith, and husband, Brad, of Tompkinsville, KY;  son-in-law, Victor Tooley, of Tompkinsville, KY; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Sue is also survived by a sister, Linda Faye Jones, of Glasgow, KY and a brother, Kermit Dubree, of Tompkinsville, KY. 
 
Other than her husband and parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Tabatha Tooley, grandson, Dustin Cody Flippin, brothers, James C. Dubree, David Dubree, Benny Dubree and John Dubree, sister, Myrtle Dubree; half brothers, Wallace Dubree, Carl Dubree and Marshall Dubree and half sisters, Melba Campbell and Frances Chloe Birge.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 16th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. 

Visitation is Tuesday, 3-8 p.m., and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sue's memory may be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
