Sammy Lee Walker

 Sammy Lee Walker, 78, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, March 11th, at his residence. 
 Sammy was born in Monroe County, KY on July 7, 1945, a son of the late Oma (Strode) and Walter Walker. He spent his life working on various farms throughout Monroe County and loved to fish.

 Sammy is  survived by five step daughters, Mary Lou Hagan, of Fountain Run, KY;  Linda Lou Pedigo, of Tompkinsville, KY; Linda Sue Myers, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Bonnie Rich, of Bowling Green, KY;  Betty Walker, of Tompkinsville, KY; five step sons, Billy Ray Jones, of Gamaliel, KY;  Wendell Jones, of Tompkinsville, KY;  William Botts, of Tompkinsville, KY; David Strode, of Tompkinsville, KY; Joel England, of Tompkinsville, KY. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great- Grandchildren. Sammy is also survived by a brother, Lindsay Walker, of Tompkinsville, KY. 
 

 His parents, two wives, Emmajean and Willadean; step- sons, Johnny Jones and Jackie Rich, daughter; step daughter- Tammy and Carolyn Walker, and Brother, Johnny Walker precede him in death.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 12, at 1 PM at the Brown Cemetery with burial to follow.
