Sammi Elise Yegelwel

Sammi Elise Yegelwel, 50, of Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, February 11th, at TJ Samson Hospital. Her given Hebrew name was Shoshana Aviva.

 

Sammi was born in Michigan on October 22, 1971, a daughter of the late Lorraine (Ford) and Sheldon Yegelwel.

 

Sammi was a kind and unique woman who loved her family dearly. 

 

Sammi is survived by her companion, Troy Budzisz, of Columbia, KY; a daughter, Hope Dewolf of Glasgow, KY; two sons, Keith Dewolf, of Tompkinsville, KY and John Yegelwel, of Edmonton, KY; eight grandchildren, Kennedy, Mary Jane, Harper, Mason, Riley, Mark and Tessa; and two nephews, Christopher Jensen and Joseph Signorelli.  

 

Sammi is also survived by two sisters, Deborah  Signorelli, of Pennsylvania;  Debbie Bolson, of Florida and two brothers, David Yegelwel and  Mitchell Yegelwel, of New York.

 

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by a grandson, Sean Yegelwel.

 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.

 

Visitation is Monday, February 14, from 5:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday, after 8 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. 

 

Burial is in Mt. Poland Cemetery.
