Rockie Randall Evans

Rockie Randall Evans, 61, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away suddenly Thursday, November 9th, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Rockie was born in Tompkinsville, KY on December 21, 1961, a son of Joyce (Hartley) Evans and the late Randall "Bill" Evans.

On April 6, 1985, he married Patricia (Blythe) Evans. 

He was a 1981 graduate of Tompkinsvile High School. He worked at Hagan and Stone for over 35 years, where he was a Assistant Foreman. Rockie enjoyed hunting, and he loved life and especially anything that involved his grandchildren.  

Rockie is survived by his wife, Patricia Evans, a daughter, Julie Wheeler,  mother, Joyce Evans, and two grandchildren, Lilly Wheeler and Mattie Muse, all of Tompkinsville, KY.  
 
Rockie is also survived by a sister, Alicea  Rush (Dwight Tooley), of Tompkinsville, KY, 
three brothers, Chuck Evans (Mitzi) of Brentwood, TN,  Randy  Evans (Peggy), of Tompkinsville, KY and Billy  Evans (Stacy), of Tompkinsville, KY.

He is preceded in death by his father, Randall "Bill" Evans.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is Monday, 4-8 p.m., and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rockie's memory may be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
