Rita Muse

Rita Faye Muse, 61, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, January 10th, at Monroe County Medical Center ER.

Rita was born in Tompkinsville, KY on August 3, 1964, a daughter of the late Mary (Stewart) and Ivan Eugene Strode.

She had previously worked at Akebono, Federal Mogul and RR Donnelley's.

On October 26, 1992, she married Wayne Muse in Celina, TN.

Rita is  survived by her husband of 33 years, Wayne Muse, of Tompkinsville, KY;
two sons Jason Muse, of Ohio;  Jonathan Muse, of Tompkinsville, KY;  and several grandchildren.

Rita is also survived by three sisters, Tammy Jackson, Angela Mendez, Barbara Strode, all of Tompkinsville, KY and two brothers, Steve Stewart and Larry Strode.

Cremation has been chosen and a private burial will take place at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
