Richard Fancher Obituary
Richard Thomas Fancher, 79, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Wednesday, January 11th, at his home.
Richard was born in Horse Cave, KY on May 6, 1943, a son of the late Sarah Elizabeth (Nunn) and Reuben Henry Fancher.
He had served in the U.S. Air Force for 23 years. After the Air Force he then worked at Kennedy Space Center before retirement. Richard was a member at Bethlehem Masonic Lodge and a member of the American Legion.
On June 20, 2020, he married Dianna O'Rourke Fetro in Peoria, AZ . Dianna survives of Tompkinsville, KY.
Also surviving are his daughter, Diane Wadsworth, of Virginia, two grandchildren, Sarah and Leah, and a sister, Sue Wu, of Brighton, MI.
Graveside memorial services will be held at Houk Cemetery, Edmonton, KY, at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, with military services being performed by Glasgow DAV Chapter 20.
