Quinten Kirk

Quinten Odell Kirk, 82, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Friday, April 28th, at his home.

Quinten was born in Tompkinsville, KY on August 14, 1940, a son of the late Vera (Tooley) Kirk and Austin Kirk.

On August 25, 1984, he married Wendy Willard Kirk, who survives, of Tompkinsville, KY. 

Quinten is survived by five daughters, Linda Soules, of Evansville, IN; Amanda Katherine Kirk, of Spencer, TN;  Naomi Gene Kirk, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Shannon Bridges, of Bowling Green, KY;  Farrah Norton, of Bowling Green, KY;  and
a son, Mark Kirk , of Mt. Hermon, KY;  and a "adopted" daughter, Robin Smith, of Tompkinsville, KY; several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive. 
Quinten is also survived by six sisters, Audra Kirk, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Rita Brodus, of Bowling Green, KY;  Maureen Bradshaw, of Tennessee;  Dinea Kinser of Lafayette, IN;Mary Kirk, of Scottsville, KY and  Patricia Kirk, of Tompkinsville, KY and four brothers, George Kirk, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Paul  Kirk, of Holland, KY;  William Kirk , of Holland, KY;  John  Kirk, of Bowling Green, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Jerome Kirk and brother, Ernie Kirk.

At the families request, cremation has been chosen and no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
