Martha Turner (Walden) Wilson, 80, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 26th, at Monroe County Medical Center.
Martha was born in Tompkinsville, KY on May 22, 1943, a daughter of the late Allie (Grider) and John Omer Walden.
She was a WKU graduate, and worked in Social Services for 22 years.
On January 21, 1967, she married Harold Wilson in Livingston, TN. Harold preceded her in death on September 30, 2021.
Martha is survived by two daughters, LaDonna Rose Wilson, of Tompkinsville, KY;
Frances Denise Lapham (Jonathan), of Glasgow, KY and a son, John Wilson, of Tompkinsville, KY; three grandchildren, John Cahill Wilson, Martha Cassady Wilson and Francis Day Jara; and one brother-in-law, Ernie Himes of Lafayette, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, burial to follow at Old Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday, 4-8 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Martha's memory may be made to Old Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
