Margie (Hume) Young

 Margie Hume Young, 78, of  Tompkinsville, KY passed away Saturday, July 9th, at her residence.  

Margie was born in Monroe County, KY on March 13, 1944, a daughter of the late Haley Jane (Ford) and James Hume. She was a wonderful mother, homemaker and member at Mt. Poland Missionary Baptist Church.

Margie is  survived by three daughters, Nichole Renee "Nikki" Young, of Tompkinsville, KY; Amy Michelle, wife of  Chris Myatt, of Glasgow, KY;  
Jennifer Lynne "Jennie", wife of Jeff Reece, of Glasgow, KY;  
four sons, William  Roger "Bill", husband of Tia Young, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Timothy Lynn "Tim", husband of  Sarah Young, of Greenfield;  Thomas Christopher "Tom", husband of  Stephanie Young, of Gamaliel, KY;  Robert Matthew "Bobby", husband of  Brandi Young, of Glasgow, KY; She is also survived by 17 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren & three sisters, Mary Ann, of Red Boiling Springs, TN; Mossie Ree Emberton, of Gamaliel, KY;  Geraldine Conners, of Benton, KY. a brother, Jerry Hume, of Tompkinsville, KY;  
 
Her Parents, James & Haley Hume, father of her children, William Randall Young, brother, Eddie Dean Hume, sisters, Corrine Ford & Geneva Jane Copas preceded her in death.

Funeral Service will be held 1 PM on Thursday, July 14th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.

Visitation will be held 4 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, July 13th & Thursday, 8 AM to 1 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.

Burial Bailey Cemetery, Hestand, KY.
