Linda York, 60, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, March 28th, at her home.
Linda was born in Tompkinsville, KY on November 27, 1960, a daughter of the late Goldie May Deckard and Osber Brown.
She attended Flippin Church of Christ. She had previously worked as a machine operator at Garment Factories.
Linda is survived by her companion, Mike Dippolito; two sons Brian Thomas York, of Tompkinsville, KY and Paul Daniel York, and wife, Valarie, of Hestand, KY; 3 grandchildren, Kaylee, Paul Evan, and Rylan Thomas York, all of Hestand, KY.
Linda is also survived by two sisters, Wanda Birge, and husband, Delbert of Fountain Run, KY; Elaine Meadows, of Gamaliel, KY; and a brother, Roger Dale Brown, of Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul York; one brother, Jimmy Brown and two sisters, Shirley Turner and Judy Ford.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 1st at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Rocky Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday, after 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations in Linda's memory may be made to Rocky Hill Cemetery.
For the protection of Linda's family it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshears recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. No public lounge is available at this time.
