Kevin Daniel Blythe, 43, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, November 10th, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Daniel was born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky on August 23, 1976, a son of Pamela (Bedford) and Lewis Blythe.

Daniel worked as Semi-Truck Driver.

He is survived by his parents, Lewis and Pamela Blythe, of Tompkinsville, KY;.

a sister, Chasity Hammonds, of Clarksville, TN.; and nieces and nephews, Emily, Ciarra, Maylaya, Chase, Zach and Preston.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Buford and Fannie Blythe; and Benjamin Bedford and Gladys Crawford.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, November 14th, at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.

Visitation is Wednesday, November 13, 2019, from 4:00-8:00 P.M., and Thursday, November 14, 2019, from 6:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M.

Burial is in Old Mt. Herman Cemetery.
