Katie Cawthorn

Katie Mae Cawthorn, of Bugtussle, KY, went missing in the fall of 2019. Katie was found in the beginning of 2024.

Katie was born in Lebanon, TN on October 23, 1998, a daughter of Debbie Kay Emmert and Darrell Wayne Cawthorn.

Katie was a graduate of Monroe County High School Class of 2017.

Katie is  survived by her father and stepmother, Darrell and Wanda Jean Cawthorn, of Tompkinsville, KY; mother, Debbie Kay Emmert, of Bugtussle, KY; a son,Tristan Elijah Ford, of Flippin, KY.

Katie is also survived by three sisters, Anitra Stamps, of Scottsville, KY;  Nikkie Bills, of Bugtussle, KY and Amanda Cawthorn, of Tompkinsville, KY. and  brother, Alan Gee, of Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by two brothers, Clinton Lee Cawthorn and John Daniel Cawthorn.
 
Graveside services and burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14th at Mt. Poland Cemetery.
