Kathylene Wade Tade, 84, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 10th at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
Kathylene was born in Tompkinsville, KY on June 5, 1939, a daughter of the late Leta (Kessler) and Jack Wade.
She was a retired beautician and a faithful member of Oak Hill Church of Christ.
On May 9, 1959, she married Darrell Tade in Celina, TN.
Kathylene is survived by two sons Dr. Darrell Lynn Tade, and wife, Teurice, of Bowling Green, KY; Tony Tade, and wife, Frankie, of Scottsville, KY; 3 grandchildren, Jake Tade, and wife, Shelby, Meredith Wilson, and husband Neil, and Grant Tade, and wife, Zoe; and three great grandchildren, Hank and Chapel Grace Wilson and Easton Tade; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Wade of Frankfort, IN.
Other than her husband and parents, she is preceded in death siblings, Leroy (Imogene) Wade, Frank Wade and Olene (Reed) McPherson.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday, 4-8 p.m., and Sunday 12 noon until service time at 3:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
