Jesse "Jay" Wayne Simpson, III

Jesse Wayne Simpson, III, "Jay," 38, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, April 8th, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Jay was born in Glasgow, KY on December 10, 1985, a son of Charlotte (Billingsley) and Jesse Wayne Simpson, II.

Jay was a 2004 graduate of Monroe County High School. He worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, joking around and being the center of attention. Jay will be remembered for enjoying life and being fun to be around. 

Jay is survived by his parents, Jesse and Charlotte Simpson, of Tompkinsville, KY; a sister, Holly Simpson, of Lawrenceburg, KY, and a brother, Rob Simpson, of Tompkinsville, KY. 
 
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday, 4-8 p.m., and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
