Jackie Scott

Jackie Odell Scott, 74, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, February 2nd, at  T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Jackie was born in Tompkinsville, KY on August 24, 1951, a son of the late Ruby (Milam)  and Issiah Scott.

On February 8, 1978, he married Dollie Anderson in Gainsboro, TN.

Jackie worked at Anderson Forest Products for 41 years. He enjoyed rabbit hunting, working on old tractors, and spending time with grandchildren. 

Jackie is  survived by his wife of 48 years, Dollie Scott, of Tompkinsville, KY; two daughters, Shanna Woodcock, and husband, Jamie, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Sonya Mink, and husband, Bryan, of Tompkinsville, KY;  and a son, Starr Scott, and wife, Sarah, of Glasgow, KY;  twelve grandchildren, Eve, Aaliyah, Rendy, Addie, Chanz, Peyton, Spencer (Hannah), Bree, Anna, Chris, Jamison (Kailee) and Anderson; 6 great grandchildren, Kadence, Willow, Hadlee, Winston, Briggston and Emberly.
 
Jackie is also survived by a brother, Jimmy Scott, and wife, Sondra, of Mooresville, IN; a host of nieces and nephews.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, William Scott and sisters, Alene Tandy, Olene Graves and Kathlene Geralds, and a great grandson, Kaison Woodcock. 
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Monroe County Memorial Lawn. 

Visitation is Thursday, 5-8 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
