Glaydell Graves, 82, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, March 3rd, at Signature Healthcare of Monroe County.
Glaydell was born in Tompkinsville, KY on September 4, 1942, a daughter of the late Ethle (White) and Escoe Gearlds.
She worked at Key Sewing Factory for forty years. She was a member at Calvary Christian Assembly in Tompkinsvilly, KY. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, going to church, and spending time with her family.
Glaydell is survived by her husband, Johnny Graves of Tompkinsville, a daughter, Shonna Short and husband, Adam of Tompkinsville, KY, two sons, David Graves of Bowling Green, KY, and Johnny Wayne Graves and wife, Cindy of Winchester, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Glaydell is also survived by a brother, Eagle Wayne Gearlds, of Tompkinsville, KY.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Truman Geralds, a sister, Lucille Groce, and a daughter, Darlene Graves.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 5th, at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Bro.Tim White.
Visitation is Wednesday morning after 9:00 a.m. until service time at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
Burial to follow at Center Point Cemetery.
