Elizabeth Ann Tooley

Elizabeth Ann (Jackson) Tooley, 86, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, February 3rd, at her home.

Liz was born in Memphis, TN on May 28, 1938, a daughter of the late Janie and Walter  Bratton.

Liz worked in the Monroe County Court Clerk's office and was a retired Monroe County School Board Secretary.

Liz is survived by two daughters, Janie Short, of Tompkinsville, KY and 
Mary Pickerell, of Somerset, KY;  grandchildren, Cary, Michael, J.D., Frankie Jo, April, Cristy, Elizabeth and Amber.
 
Liz is also survived by a brother, Bobby Bratton, of Mississippi. 

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Walter "Tinker" Parsons and John Edd Parsons, Jr., two grandchildren, Tyler and Megan, and her husbands, John Edd Parsons, Abe Carter and Merle Tooley. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 12th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at New Hope Cemetery in Clay County, TN. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday morning after 10:00 a.m. until service time at 
1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
