Doris Jean Turner

Doris Jean Turner, 74, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Friday, July 25th, at her home.

Doris was born in Louisville, KY on May 21, 1951. She worked as a waitress. Doris attended the Chuch of God and Cornith Church of Christ. She loved singing, playing guitar and piano, and especially loved family time.

She was married to Kenneth Albert Turner, who passed away on January 14, 2001.

Doris is survived by two sons Kenny  Lee Turner (Lora) of Tompkinsville, KY;  Timmy James Turner, of Cave City, KY; five grandchildren, Stacy, Casey, Cody, Ella and Elayna and five great grandchildren, Grayson, Addison, James, Noah and Briana.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31st at Whitley Cemetery (485 Hillcrest Dr, Red Boiling Springs, TN). Bro. Jeremey Yokley will officiate the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris' memory may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
