Deborah K Whitlock, 69, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, July 14th, while in the company of family, at Monroe County Medical Center.
Deborah was born in Beech Grove, IN on August 2, 1956, a daughter of the late Geneva (Riley) and Charles Scott.
She married Rick Whitlock March 29, 1991 at the Monroe County Courthouse.
Deborah was a hard worker all her life, she worked at the Monroe County Circuit Clerks office, Paul and Nora B-B-Q, Monroe County Middle School, Sumitomo in Edmonton, Pizza Hut in Tompkinsville & NHC in Glasgow. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Rick Whitlock of Tompkinsville, two daughters, Chasity Stephens, of Tompkinsville, KY & Shay Farrish, of Russell Springs, KY;
two sons Rickey Whitlock, of Greensburg, KY & David Hedgspeth, of Columbia, KY.
sister, Linda Emberton and husband Michael of Bowling Green, 13 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Her parents, Charles & Geneva Scott, sons, Scottie & Eric Nason & daughters, Jessica Whitlock & Amanda Nason preceded her in death.
Funeral Service will be held 1 PM on Thursday, July 16th at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Matt Ethridge will officiate.
Visitation will be held 8:30 AM to 1 PM on Thursday, July 16th at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tompkinsville, KY.
Burial in Old Mount Herman Cemetery, Tompkinsville, KY.
