Billy Fay Cleary

Billy Fay Cleary, 70, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Saturday, September 23rd, surrounded by his family at his home.

Billy was born in Tompkinsville, KY on January 19, 1953, a son of the late Thelma May Page and Arlie Ray Cleary.

Billy worked as a stone mason. He enjoyed fishing, raising doves, gun, tractors, trailers and riding his 1949 Ford 9N Tractor.

He was married to Betty Milam Cleary, who precedes him in death. 

Billy is survived by three daughters, Christine Asberry (Mark), of Whitleyville, TN;  
Paula Proffitt (Michael), of Tompkinsville, KY and Billie Kaye Harman (John), of Scottsville, KY;  one son, Jonathan Ray Cleary (Tasha), of Tompkinsville, KY; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Billy  is also survived by a sister, Lou Jean Botts (Joe), of Tompkinsville, KY and
a brother, Arlie Keith, of Tompkinsville, KY;  a beloved nephew, Preston Cleary (Krystal) and his two children.

Other than his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, J.T. Cleary and Loyice Earl Cleary, and two sisters, Carolyn June Cleary and Diana Gail Cleary.
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Old Mt. Herman Cemetery.

Visitation is after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
