Beverly Sue (Hammer) Tiitsman

Beverly Sue (Hammer) Tiitsman, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022. Beverly loved and was so proud of her children and grandson. She enjoyed going to Rough River and spending time at her lake house with friends. She was involved in Parents Without Partners and was a long time member of Lynnhurst United Church of Christ. She had a love for quilting and always found time to make quilts for her family and friends. Beverly will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on July 6, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to Reno and Floy (Ford) Hammer. She is preceded in death by her Father, Reno R. Hammer, Mother, Floy Ford Hammer and Brother, Joe Ed Hammer.

Beverly is survived by her loving family, Son, Chris (Debbie) Hammer, Daughter, Karel Clark, Grandson, Ryan Carden, Sister-In-Law, Phyllis Hammer, Nieces, Jane Ford Hammer and Julie (Rene) Schmitz, as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Hammer Family Cemetery in Tompkinsville, Kentucky at 3:00 PM CST.
