Betty Ann Jackson, 78, of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 15th, at her son, Ricky's house.
Betty was born in Tompkinsville, KY on April 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Clara (Finley) and Herman Spear, and stepdaughter of the late, Mae Spear.
She was married to Rex Jackson, who preceded her in death on October 18, 2002.
She was a flower shop owner and owned rental property. She was a passionate seamstress.
Betty is survived by two sons, Ricky Jackson, of Coatesville, IN; Robin Dale Jackson, of Indianapolis, IN, two grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Betty is also survived by two sisters, Wanda Wood and Geraldine Gibson, both of Tompkinsville, KY.
Other than her husband and parents she is preceded in death by a grandchild, Tiffany Joy Jackson, sister, Idean Ford, and three brothers, Don Spear, Robert Spear and Jim Spear.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
Visitation is Sunday, after 9:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
