Betty (Bailey) Doss

Betty Bailey Doss, age 87, of Paducah, formerly of Tompkinsville and Louisville, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

Betty was born on January 4, 1934 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky to Levi and Betsy Chism Bailey. She worked for many years as a sales associate at McJunkin Corporation. Betty enjoyed watching UK Basketball. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Betty is survived by one son, Greg Doss of Paducah and two granddaughters, Charli Jo Doss of Hopkinsville and Teri Doss of Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Doss; an infant daughter, Monica Beth Doss; daughter-in-law, Lori Doss, and her parents.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Yokley-Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
