Bertha Lee (Andrews) Shirley

 Bertha Lee Shirley, 76, of Summer Shade, KY passed away Tuesday, December 29th, at her residence in Summer Shade, KY. 

Bertha was born in Tompkinsville, KY, September 4, 1944, daughter of the late Cora Mae (Evans) and June  Andrews.

She was a homemaker. She & W.C. were married in 1960 at the Courthouse in Tompkinsville.

Bertha is  survived by husband, W.C. Shirley of Summer Shade, three daughters, Sherry Tooley, of Summer Shade, KY; Lesa VanDehey, of Fort Mill, SC;  Melissa Faye Radford, of Bowling Green, KY;  three sons Jeff Shirley, of Boiling Springs, SC;  William Shirley, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Donnie Lamont Tooley, of Tompkinsville, KY;   is also survived by 14 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Brenda Sue Tooley, of Tompkinsville, KY;  Marie Johnson, of Bowling Green, KY. & brother, Phillip Hamilton, of Louisville, KY;  
 
Funeral Service will be held 2 PM on Saturday, January 2nd at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Frankie Tooley will officiate the service.

Visitation will be held 1 PM to 2 PM on Saturday, January 2nd at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.

Interment at Mt. Nebo.
