Bedford "Junior" Thomas Blythe, Jr.

Bedford Thomas Blythe, JR., 72, of Alvaton, KY, passed away Monday, February 24th, in Bowling Green, KY.

Junior was born in Louisville, KY on May 5, 1952, a son of the late Narcie (McWherter)  and Bedford Thomas Blythe , Sr.

Junior retired from Henkel Construction. He was a member of Southside church of Christ in Alvaton. He was a avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors.

Bedford is survived by his wife, Sandy Kay Williams, of Alvaton, KY; four sons Adam Williams, of Bowling Green, KY;  Willie Bryant, of Tompkinsville, KY; Adam Williams Jr., of Bowling Green, KY; Shannon Hall, of Tompkinsville, KY; a daughter, Cindy Duncans, of Scottsville, KY; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Bedford is also survived by two sisters, Linda Hagan, of Marrowbone, KY; Gayle Bridges, of Summer Shade, KY; two brothers, Stevie Blythe, of Gamaliel, KY; Robert Blythe, of Tompkinsville, KY.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Shane Blythe; two daughters, Daisy and Tammy Graw; brother, Willie Ray Blythe and a sister, Shirley Grider. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 12 noon, at Yokley Trible Funeral Home with burial to follow at White Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday morning after 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 noon at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
