Alma Jean Howard, 65, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 22nd, at Signature Health Care of Monroe County.
Alma Jean was born in Tompkinsville, KY on November 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Elmar (Tooley) and Kenneth B. Howard.
She enjoyed drinking RC's, playing cards and watching westerns.
Alma Jean is survived by a daughter, Kim Owsley, and husband, Neal, of Burkesville, KY; two sons James Lee Howard, of Tompkinsville, KY; Alex Howard, and wife, Mary Ellen, of Columbia, KY; nine grandchildren, Cedric, Trevor, Cameron, Brayden, Kaden, Gracie, Michael, Leah and Trice; and seven great grandchildren, Taliyah, Vayde, Layla, CedricTate, Louanna, Paxton, and Enayah.
She is also survived by her siblings, Benny Clemons (Jackie) of Burkesville, KY; Becky Young (Paul) of Indianapolis, IN; Katy Lee Hamilton, of Tompkinsville, KY; Thomas Tooley of Kokomo, IN; Carolyn Hamilton (Clifton), of Tompkinsville, KY; Shelia Lou Howard (Jimmy Walden) of Tompkinsville, KY and Elaine Bell (Mark) of Tompkinsville, KY; a special niece, Taneka Tooley a host of other nieces and nephews and extended family also survive.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Timmy and Kenny Howard and a sister, Bessie Saxton.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home, visitation will begin after 12 noon. Neal Owsley will officiate the service.
