 Edward Wayne Osgatharp

 Edward Wayne Osgatharp, 90, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, May 5th, while in the company of family members, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Wayne was born in Moss TN on March 17, 1925, a son of the late Narselous (Ethridge) and Gilbert Denton Osgatharp. Wayne served his country in the U. S. Army for 2 1/2 years and  on September 18, 1949 in Rossville GA. he married Louise Head who survives.  Wayne worked as a barber for 27 years and was a life long member of the Tompkinsville Church of Christ.

Edward is  survived by
two sons John Osgatharp, of Tompkinsville, KY; Lewis (Sheila) Osgatharp, of Gadsden Alabama.
Three grandchildren, Joshua Osgatharp, Jason Osgatharp, and Jessica Ganus and five great-grandchildren, Max, Brady, and Dean Osgatharp, Layla and Ralston Ganus

Wayne was  preceded in death by his brother, Fred Osgatharp.

Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home with Fowler Ross officiating. Visitation Thursday from 5-9:00 P.M. and Friday from 6:00 A.M.until service time.  

Burial will be in the Moss Cemetery with Military Services performed by the Glasgow DAV Chapter 20
